I’m Brigid, a 20-something vegetarian originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, now living it up in Los Angeles, California. My roommie is my diabetic, omnivorous husband. I’ve been meat-free since 2005, and in the last two years I have dramatically decreased my dairy and egg consumption as well. I love to cook and bake, so you’ll find plenty of recipes here.
- Foods I love: chocolate, legumes of all varieties, arugula, curry, radishes, zucchini, all other kinds of squash, naan, mushrooms.
- Foods I hate and will never include in recipes: olives, raisins, baby corn, pickles.

I started this blog to talk about food. I love food. I love eating it, making it, thinking about it, and writing about it.
